Naj se sreča, ki je bila z nami tudi na toboganih v družbi Čmrljeve ljube malčice Sisi,

preseli in pomnoži tudi v prihodnje leto!
Let the happiness, that followed us also on slides, in the company of Bumblebee’s beloved toddler Sisi,

Zlaganje, prelaganje ... Arranging, rearranging ...

Barvice niso samo za risanje, ampak tudi za neskooončno zlaganje in prelaganje,

eno Čmrljevih najljubših iger, kadarkoli in s čimerkoli, predvsem s knjigami. :)

Colouring pencils are not just for drawing, but also for endleeess arranging and rearranging,

one of our Bumblebee's favourite games, anytime and with anything possible, especially books. :)

Knjigice v kavarni ---> mami ima nekaj časa samo zase.

Children books in a coffee shop ---> mummy has some time just for herself.

Čeprav je soseda rekla: o, kadarkoli greste tod mimo, vzemite grozdja kolikor hočete,

lej, koliko ga imamo!, tole početje še vedno smatram, tehnično gledano, za rabutanje.

Even though our neighbour said: oh, you just pick as much grapes as you can, whenever you pass by,

just look, there's so many!, I still consider it, from the technical point of view, as scrumping.

S tema mičnima gospodičnama se pa midva s Čmrljem pogosto druživa in potikava naokoli.

My Bumblebee and I, we hang out with and cruise around together with these two charming ladies a lot.

Presrečna, pa četudi mi podari le še dva lista z drobnega cveta marjetke,

ki mu še edina ostaneta med prstki, ko prihlača do mene.
Over happy, even though he brings me only two petals of the tiny daisy,

left between his baby fingers after he toddles to me.

Ja, takole naš mulček, če je le pet sekund sam, izkoristi priložnost, da se izobražuje.
(In NEEE, kje pa! - otroške knjigice niti približno niso tako zanimive!)

A shadow, books and a pool - this is summer!

Yes, this is how our naughty bambino, if he only gets five secunds alone, takes an opportunity to educate himself.
(And NOOO! - children books aren't even close that interesting!)

Oko želve An eye of a turtle

Ko je naš Čmrlj končno spoznal, da namen knjigic ni samo hlastavo listanje (priznam, verjetno je tudi to zabavno, ampak ne za mami, ki se ji hkrati z listi trga tudi srce!), in je začel v njih uživati, še več, zvečer se je ob branju in gledanju pravljic popolnoma umiril in padel v zgodbe, je večerni ritual postal pravljica tudi za starša! :)

Ena prvih knjigic, ki zaznamujejo to radostno obdobje, je Kiti plavajo počasi, ki jo je pred kakim letom prejel podpisano od avtorja osebno. Ilustracija v njej, ob kateri se mu oko najdlje zatakne in kar naju z Mirom vedno znova fascinira, je … oko želve. :)

One of the first books, when our Bumblebee actually started listening and watching bed-time stories books, not just tearing sheets, was the one he got about a year ago from the author personally (and signed!) and when that magic moment happened, few months ago, the whole evening ritual became fairy-tale also for his parents! :)

The thing that fascinate us both in these joyful times, Miro and me, is the illustration he likes most in the book: his eye enjoys catching … an eye of a turtle. :)
