Nagajivo srce Naughty heart

Takole je bilo:
zadnjič nas je Urška povabila na ledeno kavo
in Miro mi je narisal srček;

This is how it all went:
the other day Urška invited us for ice coffee
and Miro drew me a heart:

Ni minilo niti par sekund...

Not even a few seconds passed...

... ko je to srce dobilo sumljivo novo obliko;

... when this heart got a real suspicious new shape:

Smeha je bilo seveda obilo! :)

Of course there was plenty of laughter! :)

Balon in golf Balloon and golf

Včeraj pozno popoldne sem šla z Mirom
in njegovo balonarsko ekipo na Otočec.

Yesterday late afternoon I went with Miro
and his balloon team to Otočec
in the south-east corner of Slovenia.

Na tamkajšnjem golf igrišču so ob Dnevih golfa 2010
postavili balon in dvigovali golfiste in druge obiskovalce,
ki so si zaželeli malo drugačne zabave.

On its local golf course they set up the balloon
at 2010 Days of golf and they were lifting up golf players
or other visitors who wanted a little extra fun.

We were being served with some refreshing cocktails:

Hribovsko kosilo Mountain Lunch

Po občudovanju čudovitega Mozirskega gaja
pa smo se zapeljali še na 1356 m n.m.
do Mozirske koče na Golteh,
kjer smo si privoščili odlično kosilo;


After enjoying beautiful park Mozirski gaj
we drove up to 1356 meters a.s.l. to
Mozirska koča (Mozirje mountain hut) on Golte plateau
to have a delicious lunch:

Na poti do Mozirskega gaja smo si ogledali še
cerkev sv. Mohorja in Fortunata v Gornjem Gradu.

Katedrala, ki je pravi baročni biser,
je največja cerkev v Sloveniji.


On the way to Mozirski gaj we took a quick look at
church of sv. Mohor in Fortunat (st. Hermagor and Fortunat)
in Gornji Grad.

This cathedral, which is a real baroque pearl,
is the largest church in Slovenia.

Včeraj smo šli na izlet v Mozirski gaj,
kjer smo občudovali rožice;

Yesterday we went on a family trip to
Mozirski gaj (Mozirje Grove).
It is a beautiful park of flowers:

Etsy treasury

Prej sem lahko le občudovala druge, zdaj, ko sem sama del Etsyjevega sveta, sem tudi jaz sestavila svoj Etsy treasury (Etsyjeva zakladnica). Prav zabavno je bilo!

Ne vem kako to, da sem sestavila črno belo kombinacijo; ali je prišla na plano moja grafična podlaga, ali sem hotela nastaviti protiutež svojim barvitim slikam ali pa je temu botrovalo le dejstvo, da sem to sestavljala sredi noči? :)

Kakorkoli, tu je – moj prvi Etsy treasury;


Till now I could just admire others, but now, when I’m part of Etsy-world, I made my own Etsy treasury. It was such a fun!

I don’t know how I ended with black and white; maybe my graphical education came to the surface, or maybe I just wanted to give my coloured paintings a bit of counterweight to balance everything, or is it just a fact that I was putting it together in the middle of the night? :)

Anyway, here it is – my first Etsy treasury:

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

Spominska razglednica Memory postcard

Danes praznuje rojstni dan prijateljica Urša,
s katero sva se spoznali na Famul Stuart, kjer sva bili sošolki.

Pred par leti, že dolgo po tem, ko sva zaključili študij
in smo se po dolgem času dobili,
sva z Mirom dobila v dar tale prelep izdelek,
ki ga je sama oblikovala in izdelala;


Today my friend Urša has a birthday.
We met and became good friends at Famul Stuart,
where we were schoolmates.

Few years ago, long time after finishing the study
and also long time without seeing,
we got together again for New Year’s holidays
and Miro and I got a gift from them,
this beautiful art piece that she designed and made:

Kot rečeno se zadnja leta na žalost videvava bolj poredko,
med srečanji pa mi je med drugim v lep spomin
prav ta keramična posodica s čebelicami;

As said, unfortunately we don’t see each other very often lately,
but I have such beautiful memories in-between,
like this cute ceramic vessel with little bees:

Čebelice sva kasneje spremenila v novoletne okraske za jelko;

Later we changed these bees into Christmas-tree decorations:

Here are few moments from one of our school excursions back then
to our Coast, with Urša in the middle,
