Mmmm... 6


Pred nekaj dnevi sem omenjala nekaj o peki kruha in namakanju leče,
pozabila pa sem pokazati, kaj je iz tega nastalo;

Few days ago I mentioned something about baking bread and soaking lentils,
but I forgot to show you the result:

Na olivnem olju prepraženi grobo sesekljani čebuli je dodana polnozrnata moka. Nato vse skupaj zalito z lečo (skupaj z vodo, v kateri se je namakala), jušno osnovo in kislo smetano. Zraven pa seveda dober Mirov kruh iz mešane moke, z zeliščno soljo in semeni.

Roughly chopped onion was fried on olive oil and then whole wheat flour was added, lentils (together with its water), broth and sour cream. And this good bread made by Miro from mixed flour, salt with herbs and some seeds.

Kadar pa je kruh narejen doma, mi še posebej tekne takole, na najbolj preprost način:
namazan samo z maslom in posut z zeliščno soljo. In kozarec kefirja (iz okolice Logatca). Njam!

When a bread is baked at home I particularly like it on this most simple way:
just with butter and some salt with herbs on. And a glass of kefir (from Logatec neighbourhood). Njam!

  1. Ti Mirovi navdihi so res slastni, pa ni važno za kakšne sestavine gre. Ja, če je kruh res dober, ne potrebuješ zraven praktično nič ali pa samo nekaj malega.
