Evo, domača čokolada! Voilà, homemade chocolate!
Čisto preprosto: Quite simple:
... v stopljeno kakavovo maslo po občutku in okusu vmešaš kakav, kokosov sladkor, rožičevo moko, cimet, maco, ščepec soli, kajenski poper in skuhano ter ohlajeno proseno kašo (menda pa lahko tudi nekaj časa namočeno surovo).
Gosto maso razprostreš po pladenjčku ali krožničku (na katerem je peki papir), okrasiš po želji (midva sva izbrala goji jagode, ker so bile pri roki ravno podarjene domače), daš za nekaj časa na hladno (vmes zarežeš rebra, da kasneje lažje nalomiš na koščke) in v izogib temu, da ne izginejo vsi takoj, pač, poceni psihološka finta, heh, vsak košček zaviješ v folijo in odneseš v shrambo.
