:)
Torej, zmelješ 100 g lešnikov, čimbolj na drobno, jim primešaš 2 zvrhani žlici kakava in pol žličke cimeta, ter vse skupaj s 6 žlicami vode in 2 žlicama medu povežeš v mazljivo zmes.
Dodala sva mu le malo nastrgane pomarančne lupinice in soka, ker sva želela, da naju malo spominja na en kupljen namaz, ki ga ponavadi mažemo na palačinke.
[me enthusiastically]: Ill finally make that chocolate-hazelnut spread, you know, the one that was in that magazine the other day. Kind of Nutella-style, it’s just that I don’t feel like spreading it on bread today …
[Miro confused]: What then – so you’ll not gonna make it?
[me worried]: No, no, I’m gonna! I was just thinking … it’s dinner time anyway … I’d prefer it with pancakes, you know …
[Miro hardly hiding his smile]: So, then say you’re wanting ME to make pancakes.
:)
So, you mix 100 g of hazelnuts, as finely as possible, add 2 big spoons of cocoa powder and half of tea spoon of cinnamon and then mix in 6 spoons of water and 2 spoons of honey to get a nice spreadable mixture.
We added also grated orange zest and a bit of juice, to get a spread that would remind us to the one we usually buy for such purpose.
