Bučni namaz, ki sva ga, po nekoliko prirejenem receptu, ki ga je Miro staknil nekje na spletu, naredila za obletnico mojih staršev.
Za bučnega sva se odločila, ker sva ravno par dni pred tem z vrta pobrala dve hokaido buči. Polovica je še isti večer pristala v juhi, iz preostanka sva si naslednji dan privoščila pečene krhlje, predtem zalite z medom, oljčnim oljem in poprom, drugo pa sva torej porabila za namaz.
Na fino sva zmlela bučna semena. Na kokosovi maščobi sva popražila čebulo, česen in koščke buče. Vse skupaj sva nato zmešala v multipraktiku in dodala deci bučnega, deci konopljinega olja ter kumino, muškatni orešček, ingver in piment. Če sem si vse prav zapomnila, hm. :)
A pumpkin spread that we made for my parent’s anniversary recently. We followed a recipe found on the internet, but adapted it a bit to our taste.
We decided to go for pumpkin spread, because we picked two hokkaidos in our garden just a few days before that. The first half ended in the soup the very same day, from the left half we made slices, poured them with honey, olive oil, ground pepper, baked them in an oven and had it for the next day and, as said, the other one used to make the spread.
We grind the pumpkin seeds very finely. Then we fried onion, garlic and pumpkin squares on coconut fat. We mixed altogether in a food processor, adding a decilitre of pumpkinseed oil, decilitre of hemp oil and cumin, nutmeg, ginger and pimento. If I remembered it all correctly, hm. :)
Slisi se zelo zanimivo. Velja poizkusiti, rada imam raznolike namaze.
