Bel konec tedna White weekend

Današnji zajtrk je bil seveda času primeren: jajca, prekajena postrv in hren, ki ga mami vedno, tako kot pred njo že njena mami, zmeša z naribanim jabolkom, jajcem in malo juhe. Imam ga tako rada, da z njim pretiravam in potem jokam. :)

Vikend je bil bel zaradi snega, z odpadlimi cvetnimi listi pa je bil pobeljen tudi najin današnji osvežilen sprehod.

Nabrala sva prvi letošnji čemaž, iz katerega bo Miro napravil maslo. Čudovite magnolije so zaradi mraza sicer vse uničene, a vsaj voda se je vrnila [Zoja je prav ljubosumno gledala kajakaše, ki so - za razliko od nje - smeli v vodo :)].

We had a very time-appropriate family breakfast today: eggs, smoked trout and horseradish. My mum always makes it with grated apple, grated egg and little soup, just like her mum did it. I like it so much that I always exaggerate with it and then I cry. :)

This weekend was white, because it was snowing (!) and it was white also today when Miro and I were on a walk, because the trees were snowing its flower buds.

It was a very refreshing walk. We picked our first čemaž this year to make some delicious butter by Miro. Unfortunately all beautiful magnolias are destroyed by the cold, but at least water is back [Zoja was jealously watching those kayakers who - unlike her - were aloud to go to the water :)].
